Vilano Tuono Road Bike - Hub Problem - Update and Fix
Out of the box, my new Vilano Tuono's front wheel wouldn't spin when locked into place on the bike. Upon opening the hub up, I discovered a couple bearings missing on one side. (One was stuck INSIDE the axle - it popped out when I first inserted the skewer.) After replacing one of the missing bearings and adjusting the cones, the problem was solved.
